I have lived in the Nashville area for several years, recently married (September
2008); and moved to Hendersonville, Tennessee, about 20 minutes north of
Nashville.

Originally, I am from the Dallas, Texas area and have a degree in Vocal
Performance from Centenary College of Louisiana.  I am classically trained; and
as a soloist with the Centenary College Choir, I performed over 65 concerts each
year in the U.S. and abroad.  I was raised in the church, frequently sang solos, and
performed with our traveling youth choir.  I took classical piano lessons for 12
years, and also have a true appreciation for instrumentalists and accompanists,
working well with church organists, and ceremony musicians.

During and after college, I began singing at weddings regularly, and have been
hired as a soloist or cantor for church Christmas performances, memorial services
and funerals in churches and synagogues.   I also performed as a member of the
Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Chorus on the Grammy-award winning Classical
Album of the Year, "Barber, Bartok, &  Vaughan Williams."

Having been a recent bride, I understand the planning process can be
overwhelming, and I would like to make your music stress-free!  Working with
music directors, brides, grooms and families, I enjoy finding the songs that will
make the ceremony most meaningful to them.  Whether you are looking for
contemporary or traditional religious music, I look forward to working with you on
your special day!
